Our History

God is King Center (GKC) - US was incorporated in 2009, with the official launching taking place in 2010 in Jessup, Maryland. After spending some time holding our Sunday services in Holiday Inn hotel where we held our inaugural service, we moved to a school in silver spring, then to a shopping center in Beltsville, Here felt like home. In Beltsville we experienced God in a new way Our Journey took us finaly now to Baltimore Maryland in an area Pulaski Street turned out to be a place of ministry reset as we found ourselves in a neighborhood plagued with drug addiction, alcohol addiction, prostitution, crimes and poverty. We did rise to the challenges and through faith and God’s Grace we learned to deal with, and minister to a different population. As a result of the move, we gradually lost most of our church members, while God started shifting our focus to loving Him serving the community…
